Shipping and Costs

Order Preparation:

We work on your order within 24 hours of confirmation. We start roasting mostly on the same day of receiving the order (depending on the timing of the order). After that we start the smoking process, which takes some hours. Therefore, we usually ship the order the next day.

Delivery Time:

Depends on the delivery company and your location. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs will automatically be calculated, depending on the order address, upon the checkout process.

Free Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping for orders with addresses that falls within 3 Km from Amsterdam Centrum.

We also offer Free Shipping for orders above 50 Euros.

Pickup orders:

This is also possible, however, due to the nature of webshop business, picking up location will be shared with the customer via email or chat app.

Shipping within Europe:

Coming soon. We are currently working to fulfill orders outside Netherlands.

Return & Refund Policy

At RauchBohne, we want you to love every cup. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Defective or incorrect orders:

If you received an incorrect order, or the order was defective during shipping, your order will be refunded in full, including shipping costs, or replaced, at no extra costs, at the earliest opportunity after confirmation with you about the issue.

Perishible nature of coffee beans:

In line with NVWA food safety regulations (www.nvwa.nl), returns on online food orders are not accepted. Therefore, all RauchBohne coffee products are therefore non-returnable due to their perishable nature. However, we are always open to resolve any issue to ensure you are happy!

Refunds:

Only defective or incorrect orders are eligible for full refunds. We cannot refund orders for coffee that does not meet your taste expectations.

Privacy Policy

We store the minimally required personal details only for the purpose of ordering, payment, and shipping, as well as for Newsletter subscription, if you requested that.

You always have the right to delete all your data from our platform.
