We work on your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Your coffee is roasted, smoked, and packaged . Please keep in mind that smoking process is a lengthy one that requires few hours.
Shipping: Orders are shipped within 24 hours after preparation via our trusted delivery partners.
Delivery Time: Depends on the delivery company and your location. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Free Shipping: For orders with addresses that falls within 3 Km from Amsterdam Centrum.

Due to the nature of roasted coffee beans, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed packages.
